Metabolic Meltdown
This is an exciting, boot-camp style class designed to help you achieve your goals of getting leaner and stronger while improving your cardiovascular conditioning. The class is designed to provide a challenging, full-body workout that consists in exercises and movements that maximize your time in the gym and effect changes you can see and feel. This innovative approach to fitness is based in sound training principles proven to safely and effectively promote significant improvements in body composition.
