Tuesdays in April at 11:30 am, right after the Yoga class.
Prepare your body to sit comfortably with the Yoga class. Then, remain on your mat for a guided awareness into your quiet mind, sitting in Meditation. Reap the many benefits of a regular Meditation practice - relaxation, clarity, focus, rest from your busy mind, and most importantly, experience the essence of your Self.

Patricia Kilpatrick, RYT 500, is trained and certified as a Svaroopa® Yoga and Meditation Teacher by Master Yoga Teacher Training Institute and has been teaching since 2003.
