FIT Express

FIT Express is a group oriented Personal Training program where participants meet for 3 group workouts per week for 12 weeks. The first 30 minutes will be cardiovascular exercise with the second 30 minutes concentrating on resistance training. An exclusive FIT Express Nutrition and Exercise Journal will be provided to all participants.

Tae Kwon Do PT
Join us for TKDPT on Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:15pm for 30 minutes of Taekwondo Cross training! The cost is $33/session for 8 or more sessions per month, with up to an additional 8 Taekwondo classes every month with no additional charge! This is a great way to get much needed weight training at the same time as learning a popular martial art. Drop fat while improvinge balance, flexibility, focus, and strength. Extreme Training 7.0
Extreme Training 7.0 will be the 7th project of an intense, fitness group training program which combines calisthenics, cardio workouts, plyometrics, and core training to help develop and improve one’s cardiovascular endurance, core strength & endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and physique. A variation of workout combinations in a group atmosphere is the concept behind Extreme Training.
The Extreme Training program provides a creative adaptation of the common training motions used in the gym such as push ups, squats, and lunges. It's objective is to be an addition to your normal workout routine during the week. It provides a variation to what you do on your own. Continuous and varying body movements for 60-minutes is the name of the game!

Fight Club
Hardcore, invigorating, 60-minute cardio kickboxing class
Fight club is a HARDCORE 60 minute cardio kickboxing class. You get to punch, kick, elbow and knee heavy bags, hand pads and more. Fight club combines all the aspects of fitness, including resistance training, cardio intervals, core strength, plyometrics and stability, all infused with a boxing/kickboxing flavor. All the while, listening to pumping music while getting your butt whipped into shape.

CrossFit
CrossFit is a principal strength and conditioning program that delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It is the sport of fitness, combining cardio-respiratory, strength, and gymnastics all into one. Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements sum it up.The program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. It allows for the same programming to be applied to elderly individuals and elite athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
