Philosophy
For me, fitness is about challenging the mind, body and spirit. Keeping balance between these three components of self is essential for a healthy and successful lifestyle. I’ve found that approaching development of a whole self with confidence and decisive joy makes all the difference. Instructing Tae Kwon Do allows me to share my passion for martial arts with others, and personal training gives me limitless opportunity to help others find their passion for feeling alive and powerful, whatever it may be. Fitness should be fun, and as much a part of daily life as anything else. I believe in beginning with the end in mind, and see goal-setting as a form of commitment to future accomplishment. As Henry Ford is credited with saying, “Those who think they can and those who think they can’t both get to be right.”
