Philosophy
My approach to fitness and exercise is pretty simple. Vary your workouts constantly and challenge yourself. Push yourself to be better, stronger, faster and never, ever get bored with exercise and fitness. There are too many options. Do the best you can with what you have and when you reach a goal, set a new one. Staying focused and motivated is key. Choose things you enjoy and that work for your lifestyle and you will succeed. There are no boundaries.
