Philosophy
Because of his dance/acting background, Kevin keeps his exercise routine well rounded by combining strength training, flexibility training, and cardiovascular conditioning into workouts. He exercises to maintain health and vitality throughout life. He also expects the same of his clients. Exercise not only feels good, but also reduces the risk of developing lifestyle related diseases (stroke, diabetes, heart attack). Regular exercise is also vital to ensuring that our bodies perform their best in all aspects of life.
As a personal trainer, Kevin encourages his clients to make dramatic changes in their lives, to be the best that they can be, and to take what is learned in a session and incorporate it into daily life.
