Philosophy
Mental toughness is derived from ones ability to overcome obstacles in their lives. I view every exercise session as a way to improve a person’s self-esteem and confidence by building their physical, mental and emotional strength. Exercise not only produces physical results, but embarking on a new exercise regime yields a wide array of benefits. It is these intangible benefits that I find the most rewarding for my clients. I also believe we cannot achieve our goals with exercise alone; we must focus on our nutrition in order to achieve overall health.
