Philosophy
The key to getting fit and staying fit is to find exercise you enjoy and make it part of your daily routine. If your workouts include a variety of activities you really enjoy doing and produce great results, it’s much easier to stick with them. My goal is to design challenging yet enjoyable workouts for my clients that help them stay motivated and focused so they can reach their goals. When exercise becomes boring and people view it as a “chore” they’re much more likely to quit. And that’s when they get lured down the path to the dark side of miracle supplements, fad diets and has-been celebrity exercise machines, none of which work.
I’m especially interested in helping clients look and feel their very best, whatever their age. Anti-aging regimes don’t work—we can’t stop the clock. But what we can do is age well, and having an active, healthy lifestyle ensures you have the energy and strength to accomplish anything you want.
