Cancellations & Changes
Your appointment time scheduled is reserved especially for you. Kindly notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Missed appointments will be billed at the entire rate for the session. Non-Members of Athletic Club Northeast are required to provide credit card information in order to book an appointment in advance.

Punctuality 
It is recommended that you arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment, giving you ample time to change and relax before your treatment.  Your session is schedule for a certain time period. If you are late for your appointment, you will be responsible for payment for the full session scheduled.

Pricing & Payment
Pricing and payment are subject to change. Gratuities are not included in service price.   Please check in at the Hospitality Desk upon arrival to pay for your session in advance and receive a Room Pass for your therapist.
