Beginner Lessons for 13 years old and under
A trained instructor teaches beginner fencers etiquette, safety, proper form, modes of attack and defense, strategy, and sportsmanship plus stretching, warm-up, conditioning, footwork, drills and bouting.

:: Ages: 13 years old and under
:: Wednesdays, 5-6 pm
:: Cost: $120/month for 4 classes ($150/month if there is a 5th class in that month) 

Private Lessons
Fencers learn and practice footwork, proper technique, and strategy.

:: Cost of Private lesson with any instructor: $35/20 minutes
:: Cost of Private lesson with Walid: $40/20 minutes

Membership
Fencing Membership gives you complete access to our fencing strips and equipment six days a week.

:: Monday through Friday - 5 to 9 pm
:: Saturdays - 12-4 pm 

Sign up with one of the coaches and take private lessons to hone your skills. Then, come in and fence with other fencers to practice what you’ve learned. Although many of our members prefer to purchase their own gear, all equipment rental is included as part of membership. 

:: Cost: $900/year, $500/6 months, $300/3 months

2011-2012 Summer Fencing Camp
Our five day camp includes fitness training, fencing drills, footwork lessons, bouting, games, swimming, lunch and all necessary fencing equipment. On the athletic side, the participant will learn speed and endurance followed by strength, precision and flexibility. On the intellectual side, the participant will learn to focus along with strategy and tactics. It is open to all levels of participants.
