Sports Massage
A deep penetrating massage, customized to enhance your dexterity, strength and range of motion for a variety of sporting activities. Energizing and invigorating, the quickened circulation that results from this massage increases the muscle rate of recovery and encourages greater athletic performance. We tailor our sports massage to serve the particular needs of each athlete's body.
Neuro-Muscular Therapy
Using advanced concepts in pressure therapy, this method deactivates "trigger points" in the pain-spasm-pain cycle and increases oxygen capacity after 7-10 seconds of gentle pressure. This in turn helps to alleviate muscle spasms and
cramping, relieve chronic pain, improve muscle tone, and increase range of motion. The body will return to normal neuromuscular integrity and balance.
Deep Tissue Massage
A variety of techniques are used to more deeply manipulate muscles and connective tissue in order to ease sore and tight muscles, enhance circulation, and detoxify.
Swedish Massage
A classic European technique using oils and gentle manipulation to ease muscle aches and tensions, relax the body, improve circulation and enhance overall well-being.
Myofascial Release
Used to evaluate and treat restrictions in the body's contractive connective tissues by gentle traction, pressure and positioning. This helps to decrease and eliminate fatigue, chronic pain and dysfunction while increasing blood flow and restoring range of motion.
Acupressure
More than 2500 years of ancient traditional Chinese techniques that provide a balance of energy meridians to restore normal physiological functions. Assist in preventing health problems. "One treatment a day keeps the doctor away."
Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage is a unique style of bodywork based on the principles of yoga and Chinese Medicine. While wearing comfortable clothes, the practitioner assists the receiver in deep relaxing stretches, applies acupressure point work, energy channel alignment, and muscle compression. All of which help in opening up the joints and releasing pain from tense muscles. The benefits of this remarkable style of bodywork include increased flexibility, warm and relaxed muscles, injury protection, and enhanced energy.
Reflexology
A foot massage that is based on the Chinese principle that feet contain reflex areas which correspond to various organs and tissues of the body. This method allows your body to become centered and reach a health equilibrium.

100-Minute Hot Stone Massage - for Members only $150.00
A deep tissue massage enhanced with the use of smooth healing heated stones. Once all tension areas are discovered, the heated stone is applied with a pressured stroke as the muscle tension melts away. It is truly a centering technique that genuinely enhances feelings of wellbeing and oneness.
Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle healing technique which utilizes light touch to test the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid within the craniosacral system and encourages release of restrictions. It often induces a state of deep relaxation and reduces the negative effects of stress, anxiety or trauma.
Lypossage
Lypossage cleanses the body of stagnent, stalled lymphatic fluid (Lymph edema) that can create lumps and bulges we know as figure imbalance. The deeper Lypossage strokes break up adhesions under the skin that can contribute to the dimpled, uneven appearance of cellulite. Lypossage also tones the muscles, lifting and firming sagging tissue.
