ACN Executive Group Fitness
The fitness plan for the busy executive that will maximize your time and produce results.  This is a power play program that is ideal for people on the go!  This program is derived from a corporate wellness approach to fitness.  Savannah Beebe and Kevin Pressley are pleased to introduce ACN executives to their innovative training methods.  

Just like your business, our focus is on the bottom line!

Classes are offered at 6am and 12pm, 6 week training program, 3 sessions per week.  Next session starts January 5th.  Sign up now!

Weight Loss Challenge Season 7
Dynamic group training sessions designed by Master Personal Trainers, Grant Trotter and Dustin Burnham including cardio and resistance training plus weekly weigh-ins to keep each participant focused on their goals. Boot Camp/Ultimate Fit Camp
Premier Trainers, Kevin Pressley and Myrie Jackson host this high intensity group program for both men and women. Meet the Machines
A certified Personal Trainer will teach you how each machine works, how to adjust each piece of equipment and what muscles are worked. Session is complimentary. Reservations are requested.  To register, please contact the Personal Training Manager.

Awesome Abs/Healthy Back
This class is designed to teach you the basics of a strong core by certified Personal Trainers. This class requires a minimum of 2 participants. Grab your friends, this class includes 6 sessions for the cost of 2. Let the Personal Training Manager know you are interested today.

Become a part of a 4-8 person group that inspires and energizes each other during fitness and nutrition sessions led by Fit Express Personal Trainers. The Fit Express format will help you accomplish your weight loss and wellness goals in a motivating and fun environment.

Fit Express at a Glance

:: 12-week accelerated results program conducted in a small-group setting.
:: 1-on-1 session at the start of the program to establish goals and 1 session at the end of the program to measure your success.
:: 3 weekly cardio & resistance training workouts with your group.
:: Each group works with a certified Personal Trainer who is specially trained in the principles of exercise and nutrition. This expertise helps you achieve optimum weight loss and maintain the loss throughout your life.
:: Consistent nutrition education and support including a 3-month Fit Express Nutrition and Exercise Journal to help you track your progress.
