Come and experience things you have never used before in your fitness program.  Try the latest equipment and the newest trends.  Test your skills on our TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, Indian Clubs, AKRO Wheels, Smartbells, etc.  Look for the schedule in the weight room and even the impromptu demos held periodically.

Held weekly by the Personal Trainers.

Supreme Body Challenge-SBC

The Supreme Body Challenge is a high intensity group class that is designed to smash plateaus and get you into the best shape of your life. Taught by ACN Personal Trainers, Keith Walker and Robert Carroll- SBC employs the theory of "Constant Variation." No two days are the same and no exercies are off limits. Keith and Robert willl take you through an amazing journey of physical challenges, utilizing every corner and every piece of equipment at Athletic Club Northeast.

 SBC starts July 20th and  ends September 23rd. Sessions are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am!

Extreme Training Summer Edition

This is a 10 week high intensity training program with a combination of calisthenics, plyometrics, and core training, which focuses on increasing cardiovascular capacity without counting reps or using weights. Take advantage of this next level training system to build your endurance, speed, and power for the summer.

The summer edition begins May 29nd and ends August 5th. Sessions are held Wednesdays and Saturdays at 6:30am and 9:15am respectively.

Fight Club

Fight club is a HARDCORE 60 minute cardio kickboxing class.  You get to punch, kick, elbow and knee heavy bags, hand pads and more.  Fight club combines all the aspects of fitness, including resistance training, cardio intervals, core strength, plyometrics and stability, all infused with a boxing/kickboxing flavor.  All the while, listening to pumping music while getting your butt whipped into shape.

Classes will be held twice a week on either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.  Times will vary.

Meet the Machines
A certified Personal Trainer will teach you how each machine works, how to adjust each piece of equipment and what muscles are worked. Session is complimentary. Reservations are requested.  To register, please contact the Personal Training Manager.

Awesome Abs/Healthy Back
This class is designed to teach you the basics of a strong core by certified Personal Trainers. This class requires a minimum of 2 participants. Grab your friends, this class includes 6 sessions for the cost of 2. Let the Personal Training Manager know you are interested today.

Become a part of a 4-8 person group that inspires and energizes each other during fitness and nutrition sessions led by Fit Express Personal Trainers. The Fit Express format will help you accomplish your weight loss and wellness goals in a motivating and fun environment.

Fit Express at a Glance

:: 12-week accelerated results program conducted in a small-group setting.
:: 1-on-1 session at the start of the program to establish goals and 1 session at the end of the program to measure your success.
