How To Get Started
Pilates Mat Classes do not use equipment and focus on core strength, spinal flexibility, alignment, precision of movement and the use of breath. The Mat Class schedule can be found on the Group Fitness Class Schedule. Pilates sessions are also offered in a private or group setting. Prior to participating in these group sessions, 3 private sessions are required. All classes are held in the Pilates Studio.
Group Pilates Training
Group Sessions are held on the Reformer equipment. Prior to participating in these group sessions, 3 private sessions are required. All classes are held in the Pilates Studio. It is recommended that you take Allegro Private Training Sessions.
