Lift
A 45 minute class with basic strength conditioning movements. Using bars and adjustable weight is a comprehensive workout in a group setting. The focus is on strength and endurance training. Lift uses high repetitions of moderate weights to achieve a fat-burning class. The results are greater muscle tone and increased endurance. The flexibility of the weights you add to the barbell allows everyone to work out at their own desired resistance. Participants will benefit as weight lifter. This class is for healthy individuals of all levels.
